A True One-Off Shop

Every staircase we build is custom-made for your home. We are not a production shop or an installer of mass-produced kits. Every project is individually fabricated in our workshop and built to last.

Our Time & Craftsmanship

Our in-house shop rate is $200 per craftsman, per hour. Our pricing reflects the experience, precision, and quality required to build custom stair systems; Not budget or builder-grade work.

Before We Schedule a Site Visit

Please complete all required fields and email photos of your existing staircase (or blueprints for new construction), along with any inspiration images, to sales@bayareastairs.com. This information is required before scheduling an on-site consultation.

A signed contract and deposit are required approximately three weeks before installation to reserve your place in our production schedule and allow time for material ordering and fabrication.

We respond to quote requests within 72 hours.
